Creative title? Who needs one?

Random doo-dads on my desk. My daughter found that lion somewhere and gave it to me about a decade ago… Pretty sure it was on the ground in a random parking lot or something.

Yesterday, I wrote in my planner three things that were top priority to get done today. But instead, I’m doing this: writing a blog post.

Why, Alesa? Well… I got a new computer. It’s a beautiful Macbook Pro. B-E-A-yoootiful. Aaand I have anxiety about it. It was expensive. I don’t have buyer’s remorse. But I do have buyer’s anxiety. (Did I make that up?) Anyways, the keyboard on this thing is so yummy. The perfect pressure on the keys. The perfect soft clicking noise. I don’t know how to describe it to you… You should go to the store and just try one.

This keyboard has inspired me to type more… which means I needed to write something. Yesterday, I started writing a book with my bestie. (Maybe someday you’ll get to read it.) Today, I was inspired to start blogging again. It’s only been, what… 12 years? since my last blog entry.

What will your blog be about, Alesa? Interior design? hm.. maybe. Or maybe just whatever I’m thinking about at the time. But you better believe it will include random photos I took with my phone on portrait mode. Like this one:

All because I’m a creator at heart. My sis talks about this a lot on her insta @tbdprints. I just love to make beautiful things. (How many times can I use that word in one blog post?) I took a two-week break from “work” for the holidays and my brain was exploding with creative ideas. This is one of them. Random thoughts with random, beautiful photos.

Unpopular opinion: snow is fun and beautiful. (Got another one in)

I don’t think these posts will be long, though. Do any of us have time to read all that? No.
